Our team member Besi (Marc Voser), who works as a CAM programmer and network administrator, developed and perfectioned in 250 hours of work a system that is capable of cooling recent processors and graphic cards fully automatically using liquid nitrogen. Internally the project was known under the code name “Pandora”. So the tension is high what Pandora’s box is going to contain. More @ Ocaholic

With the Dark Knight S1283 Xigmatek presents a towercooler which should have an enormeous cooling potential. Three heatpipes with eight millimeters in diameter are directly built into the ground plate through the “Direct Touch” process. You’ll also find a big and silent 120 mm fan to transfer the heat to the environment. Special about the Dark Knight is its very good looking black design.

With the XP3 1600 triple channel memory kit Mushkin presents a solid and well performing product that should find its place in a Nehalem based gaming or enthusiasts system. The XP3 1600 kit also comes with nice overclocking capabilities.  With the XP3-12800 memory kit, Mushkin presents a high-end product which should find its right place in a high-end or overclocker’s system. With the V2 OCZ presents – in the still very yound SSD market – the second generation of its Core SSD series. According to the datasheet the V2 shines bright with 170 MB/s throughput reading, 98 MB/s writing and with 0.1 milliseconds access time it seems to be way faster than every conventional hard drive. With the Apache EP-CD901 we have the next Xigmatek CPU cooler in our test lab. The Apache is a good looking little thing that is also very well priced. Because of its compact design there also shouldn’t be any issus with installing it on not so well designed mainboards or small cases.
