Except one game Intels Core i7 - 965 3.2 GHz was able to convince us in every single benchmark or game. Through the whole span the performance was higher. But as we expected Nehalem couldn’t show it’s real potential and therefore we all need to stay patient for some time until the majority of the game- and software insdustry puts software on the market that can take advantage of eight or more threads. With the synthetic benchmark 3DMarkVantage you can see what Nehalem is able to because in this case Futuremark spreads the load to every single of Nehalems eight threads. It is easy to see that Fanatec has spent a lot of time and attention to detail on the Porsche 911 Turbo Wheel as it is as authentic and realistic to a real Porsche 911 wheel as possible. The leather is just beautifully done, and the feeling across your fingers and palms is magnificent. The backlit buttons for both PC and Playstation are excellent, along with the force feedback delivery and pedal vibrations makes the entire experience more realistic. The clutch and differing forces of each pedal made this experience soar to even greater heights, along with Fanatec providing the user with three different choices in gear box style delivery systems to appease even the most meticulous racers. Add to this the wireless technology, easy setup, the Porsche USB Key sticks and overall excellent build quality on this system and what you have is an amazing entire racing system that is easily and wirelessly able to transform to race with any car and personal preference setup. I always think that buying a mouse is probably one or the more personal hardware choices anyone will make - After all, we all have hands of different shapes and sizes, and we all doubtless have a slightly different way of using input devices.  This makes giving out recommendations for parts such as this rather a tricky process, especially given that it’s usually hard to get the opportunity to “try before you buy” with these things.

Let’s knock the OEM / ODM thing out first. There are several companies that are selling the Samsung drive, including Samsung. This is common in the computer hardware world and easy to sort out for the end user and hardware reviewer. Basically, what the end user will want to do is, if the product is deserving, purchase the one that has the lowest cost and the longest warranty. Luckily the G.Skill variant has the lowest cost when compared to the Samsung and OCZ drives and by a large amount. When it comes to performance the G.Skill SLC based drive is the benchmark in which all others should be compared. The drive is fast in all of our benchmarks, a task that is not exactly easy to do, as we proved in the Crucial SLC review. The SideWinder X5 Mouse is a decent gaming mouse. For very close to the same money you can get much more sensitive mice. However, the macro recording capability is nice and the mouse works very well.
