So, did the V8 get the job done? You bet it did! This latest Cooler Master offering easily tamed the Q6600, doing especially well when the processor was overclocked and overvolted. The V8 outperformed all the coolers in the comparison, although not by much in a couple of cases. Frankly, I expected a bit better performance out of a cooler of this immense size, particularly at full fan speed. But, there’s no question that this is a very good cooling solution. The Cooler Master V8 also has a very distinctive look. I like the innovative use of eight heatpipes, four finned units and a center-mounted fan to maximize performance, but these features also give the V8 an impressive stance and overall look. The ProWater 850i has a lot going for it. Performance is good, setup is easy, and all required parts are included along with a generous helping of accessories. The kit succeeded in keeping an AMD 5000+ Black Edition CPU cool during stress testing without all the noise associated with air cooling. As an added bonus, the tubing is UV reactive so it will look cool in a windowed case with UV lighting. The manual documents the install process very well with diagrams and step by step instructions. Installing the radiator is as easy as installing a case fan, and getting the waterblock mounted to the CPU wasn’t the least bit tricky. When all was said and done though, there was a pump and reservoir sitting on the bottom of the case that was constantly in the way. For someone who doesn’t work inside a computer very often this isn’t really an issue, but I’m the type who works inside a case all the time and it caused some annoyance. In the end, the NZXT Sentry LX has proven to be an excellent fan controller. The results were accurate, the user interface was intuitive, and the design was flawless. I found the Zalman CNPS9300 AT CPU Cooler to be quite powerful. While it’s not the `sexiest’ as some may like it still does its’ job very well. The low temps, especially the idle ones, are what makes this cooler excellent for cooling. Finding this product for around $45 at many online retailers seems to be a typical price among CPU coolers. If you really don’t care about Blue LED’s or fancy designs, but enjoy low CPU temps I think this would be a great pick for you. Ovo je jako koristan uređaj čiju će namjenu posebno znati cijeniti oni korisnici koji žele tiše računalo bez investicije u novo procesorsko (ili neko drugo hlađenje). Instalacija je jednostavna i lagana, a uređaj obavlja svoj zadatak kako treba. Jedino što mi se baš u potpunosti ne sviđa je sam potenciometar za koji mi se čini da nema linearnu promjenu broja okretaja već kao da postoje tri stupnja brzine između kojih korisnik može birati. Sve u svemu, ovaj proizvod opravdava svoju cijenu i zasigurno će pronaći korisnike koji ne žele uložiti u novo hlađenje procesora ili nekog front panela s potenciometrima, a žele jednostavnu i praktičnu regulaciju broja okretaja (najčešće) procesorskog hlađenja.

Zalman-ov hladnjak pokazao se kao solidno rješenje za hlađenje nForce 4 Ultra čipseta. Sama instalacija može izazvati brojne poteškoće ako se u blizini čipseta nalaze ugrađene komponente velikih dimenzija ili ako se u blizini nalaze konektori koje korisnik koristi. Ovdje bih uputio kritiku na dizajn ovog hladnjaka, jer je očito za koje je matične ploče u prvom redu namjenjen i s kojim se problemima korisnici najčešće susreću prilikom promjene tvorničkog hlađenja. S druge strane, jednom ugrađen i dobro hlađen, ovim hladnjakom moge se postići bitno niže temperature od tvorničkog hladnjaka i omogućiti solidan overclocking.
